What does notification entail?


Notification is a term that refers to the serving of a document to the recipient by a bailiff. Notification by a bailiff is the most respected and most recognized form of proof among the courts, because it complies with all of the formalities stipulated by law.

Examples of documents that may be subject to notification:

  • Formal demands
